When We Began

With over 40 years experience, Greg Madcharo came to Maine in 2016 under contract with LL Bean for their new corporate headquarters project, and fell in love with the great state of Maine. When completed, he founded Innovative Construction in 2021, and launched his new Maine independent venture, during a pivotal moment in the building industry. As the world demanded smarter resource management and more resilient structures, Innovative Construction stepped up to meet the challenge and have been growing ever since.
